Q1: If the phone case has a back cover with a 0.22 mm magnet, can it be charged correctly?
— Wireless charging is magnetic charging, it will affect charging.
Q2: The watch may charge intermittently, or when the mobile phones and wireless watches are charging, the phone does not charge or the Apple watch.
— We recommend using the QC 3.0 adapter while charging to achieve maximum charge at the same time.
When using a 5V / 2A input charger, one of the devices will be turned off due to insufficient power.
Q3: Why is it also not charging when using a 9V charger to charge several devices at the same time?
— When 3 devices charge for more than 2 hours at a time, the surface temperature of the product will exceed 40 degrees due to excessive power output.
After the surface temperature drops below 37 degrees, it will automatically continue charging.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
